The Basics

Our kitchen tools and cookware is dishwasher-safe, but we recommend hand-washing. To set yourself up for success, stock your kitchen with baking soda, vinegar, and a soft sponge.
Silicone

Flush with 40–50°C (104–122°F) water. Avoid boiling water to prevent warping. Silicone's smooth surface blocks grease — rinse promptly to stop stains.

Wood

Wood cooking utensils are not dishwasher-friendly, so please give them a sudsy hand wash with a gentle dish soap and soft sponge. Wipe dry with a soft dish towel.

Stainless Steel

Boil water with a pinch of baking soda, rinse, and repeat. Then, mix a solution of vinegar and water (1:3) in the pot or pan and bring to a boil, rinse. Dry with a soft towel.
